  This is the second time we have had the worst customer experience here at Caravan World, the first turned us off buying a van from them at all, this time we wanted to go and have a look as we wanted a brand that they have. We made the decision to buy a van from these guys even after swearing black and blue we would never buy from them. I was hoping this time we would have a good experience.
  
  This was not the case, once you sign contract the sales guys don’t want to know you any more and fail to deliver on items that were discussed, hand over was average (the poor lady did a good job, but she was thrown in as it was double booked) no sign of salesman again.
  
  I went to find salesman and told him I was not happy about our situation, he did nothing to rectify my issue. Just shows salesman do the pitch with no intention to act on it. We will not buy another van from these guys again.
  
  I was hoping to walk away with a good experience this time and for us to be able to recommend them, not the case at all.

  Dreadful customer service, only interested in taking your money upfront with no attempt to actually deliver. Cancelled order after huge delays and never got deposit back. Wouldn't even by a tent peg from them. Two friends of mine went to other dealer in NSW rather than use them....

  Lots of vans.
  Wasn't pestered by sales staff.
  But when you needed to ask a question they were there.

  Had a bit of disappointment with the sales rep not being available after our deposit and the day of pick up. Doug restored our faith and was soon helpfully.
